Give people like thirty seconds without moving and boot them if they don't.

I think the current boot system works fine. If someones sitting there doing nothing for to long while everyone else is ready, just click the boot button and the other people will usually do the same so the game starts.

Agreed. At any given time, like 25% of the ME3 MP demo population is away from the console, apparently. And keeping us in the lobbies forever. Wish they'd stop wasting my time; I'm fairly patient, but you can never tell when someone is customizing their character or using the bathroom or eating a sandwich while watching television and totally forgetting to turn off the game console.

You can boot players, but they never seem to get replaced.

an auto boot if they have been idel for lets say 3min+ if the rest of the room is ready then and auto boot should be fine. tho you are left with one man down so if they did do boots the group it would need to add a new member afterwards to maybe?

I'm talking about in game but it can also work for the lobbies as well.

Just don't like the idea of people sitting in a corner while the rest of the teamates are working their best on Gold.

I don't even think thats possible on gold, but I sympathize, although admittedly I have had to walk away in bronze games in late waves, but I was playing with friends so it was ok.

And when its time for an objective-based wave, don't stand there with your "Oh...I hate this part.", whilst I dash across the map uploading cat pictures to the boys back home! "Its a disgrace to the Alliance!" *raises fist*

One problem; I got stuck for a wave and a half in an area that looked like a desert. Couldn't move at all. I had to wait until the extraction completed (and the game stated that everyone was extracted).
