Do not know if a turian cannot roll in mass effect or what but it seems weird to be that he cannot do any form of roll rather I have to run to avoid it. I know I am not doing it wrong because I can do the salarian version of rolling (aka side step) and I can do the human's rolls. Cannot say about Krogan, Quarian, Ascari or Dwell have not unlocked them.
is this a bug or turians cannot roll?

They cant roll, simple as that. Dont ask me why, cause ive seen Garrus rolling.
As a consolation they can take more hits than other species, except the krogan, which cant roll either.

ahh thats makes me feel better I think thats strange like as a you said I have seen garrus do it. Cannot remember ever seeing Wrex or Grunt do a roll ever

Krogan would be funny rolling, but they do look so cute running around bashing people in the face with their little tails wagging happily.

krogan and turians cannot roll but make up for it with the most health and sheilds as well as sprint speed i believe

Turian can roll... only if you´re undercover... but not while you´re walking or running around... I´ve been killed because of that, I always forget that I cannot roll with Turians!! =(
