Well, here's the deal, i bought ME1 and ME2 through Steam, they both worked fine and played both of them completely without issues.
Now comes the time to buy ME3, realizing it is only available through EA Origin...
I live in South America, Argentina, and for some reason i am being redirected to the Europe Origin page, this issue is not only mine nor happening only in my country, and it has been reported on Origin/EA forums quite some time ago, but seems EA is not really willing to fix it anytime soon...
My question is, maybe someone from Bioware can clarify:
If i buy the game through Origin, it is stated to be the English (UK) version, will the savegames from my English (US) Steam ME2 (and ME1 if that matter) be compatible with ME3?
Although its wrong, i can live with the additional money that means buying the game in Euros instead of Dollars, but the language tag concerns me the most (UK in ME3 vs US in ME1/2).

Bumpity, and narrowed question...

Will my Steam Mass Effect 2 savegames be compatible with Mass Effect 3 English UK bought from Origin? Can't find any reference on EA FAQs or other places, and EA support "can't support" me with this question

I'm from argentina too, and i think u will not have any trouble, if i'm not wrong, it's the same game in the entire europe, u only have english voice, and a few text-dialogs translations, included spanish.

So, i think u will not have any trouble with your savegames.
