You haven't played with JeffZero, then. XD That guy rocks the enemy's world.
@HolyAvenger - I've been playing on 360, but I have the capability to play on PC...I've just been avoiding it because I'm crap at the controls. Lol. I'll PM you my Origin ID, though, since I do plan on giving the PC MP a shot.
Idk, Cryo would set up headshots better if it didn't make enemies fall over. That, and when you're up against a Phantom, it's the last power you wish you had until their barrier comes down. Often times, I don't have time to mess with Cryo before my Vanguard friends get in there and tear them a new one. Cryo is nice to have in a pinch if a Guardian or Trooper gets too close, but for the bigger enemies you have to wait until either you strip their barriers with your secondary weapon (I don't waste SR ammo on stuff like that) or someone else helps you. It makes them somewhat dependent, which a lot of the classes aren't...the Engineer, Adept, and Vanguard can solely use their powers to take down a target. I've played as an Infiltrator for many, many playthroughs of ME1 and ME2, and the MP Infiltrator just feels a bit useless save for what you can do with the Cloak and sniper rifle.
As far as which class is "useless," I don't think there truly is one if you've got a player that can use that class correctly. I'm an absolute crap Vanguard because I don't do well in close quarters (the fact I hate using shotguns doesn't help), but you give me my Infiltrator and I'll work magic despite the fact I hardly ever use one of the powers. (Once had a match where everyone was freaking out about the location of the last Phantom after I'd already taken it down with a headshot. I just laughed.) It's such a beautiful thing when your Vanguard friend charges a headless target.
