 I love these kind of things. I suggest you check this site.  I live in Pennsylvania and we got some fun urban legends and other things. Some of the states are not fully updated yet but PA has all of it's stuff and the majority do too.

You could look up the Beast of the Bray Road or Mothman, they were pretty cool with alot of alledged witnesses.

I really enjoy the tale of the Mothman. I started looking into it after watching The Mothman Prophecies, which was a really creepy movie.

That's a good one. It's also the origin of the Men In Black. Why people chose to call them that instead of feds of G-men, which is what they probably were is beyond me, but makes for a good story.

That's odd. I was just watching that movie today on Hulu. Very good lead actor. I like the part where aliens called him and knew exactly what he was doing, even though he was inside the hotel room alone. It is very errie.
