Is this about how a bunch of posters flipped out when Jennifer Hepler talked about how she wished there was a skip combat option sometimes? Only incident that I'm aware of.

And please don't lump all of us into the same catagory. Some posters acted like jerks, no doubt about it. But not everyone acted like that.
Edit: just read the article.  And yes, that behavior is completely reprehisible.  I have no respect for anyone who acts like that.  But while some, even possibly all of the guilty parties may post here, they do not represent the beliefs of the whole of the community here.

My condolances to Ms. Hepler for having to endure this.

I actually agree with her, would so much perfer storyline over combat. I said this before If I want a time sink into combat. I will play warcraft 1-85. If I want a good story, I will play a bioware game. How is calling us bad, for what some other random people did.

Well you aren't all in once catagory. That said nearly all of you act that way in some manor at some point.

In what manor? also isn't a bit hyrpocrital if you mean at some point nearly all of us, dislike SOMETHING about the game. But it's unreasonable, and ill-logical and even insulting to claim that an entire community act's like this at some point with zero proof, other then your good word.

I just read that entire post in what she said. I agree with her "skipping combat" but that comment about" people being jealous that shes a female and has a job in gaming company" was a little out of line. I would expected more. Not that I agree with hate mailing sending but I think that's what touched a nerve

More 4chan BS? Should of guessed it was mostly them. Also saying most has done this at sometime that posts here is quite stupid and a pretty bold statement. Look at the quote in my sig then get back to me on " That said nearly all of you act that way in some manor at some point.". Some of us have respect for people even if we disagree with them.
