I was just thinking, maybe players could receive some bonuses for not being a full team. Maybe a little more money/xp, or maybe if one solo's/duos, they get 1 rocket, medigel after a couple of waves? What do you think?
Perhaps a bonus for handicap?

The same xp and cash is distributed at the end, so it doesn't really matter. If you're good enough to make it to that point, do you really need a handicap bonus to further reward you when you're already ahead of the pack?
I understand the mentality, and no denying it would be cool. But I can't figure a real justification to implement it.

No bronze is easy, I can solo that. But I can't solo silver because of the secures when I'm alone. Would be nice to get extra medi-gel once in a while.

The game currently reward people for being on a big team. Those medals unlocks give extra XP outside the normal enemy points (which i think is fixed).
The game work on the opposite way: it encourages you to find more people to play than playing alone.
