I went to play my game, and i have the cerberus network code from buying it on Steam and i already played through parts of the DLC. Now today when i went to play there was a error message about logging in my account and when i did it said i needed to verify my Cerberus Network Code, But since i already used the code its now saying i need to purchase another. Is there a way around this? because since i rightfully have the code and own the game i should not be getting this problem.

Yeah mine says "already in use" and when I try to redeem it on this website it says "code not recognized".
Bloody frustrating seeing as I paid for the game and the code, we shouldn't have to buy another code because they cannot be bothered fixing issues with ME2 now that ME3 is coming out.

well i cant play mu old saved games that are a year old, because im missing some dlc's... pretty damn anoying.

Yea I'm having a similar problem. I purchased ME2 registered my Cerberus Network code in the game, but I haven't gotten any of the DLC stuff from it. When I try to enter the information on the site it says the code is already used. Broken much?
