I have been having some technical issues with the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer store. I don't know if anyone has come across these same errors but I contacted EA customer support and I was told to post my issue on the forums and wait for customer support to pick it up. Now back to the errors, a few days ago I bought two veteran packs, after purchasing each veteran pack a message popped up saying "One or more purchases failed, if this problem persists please contact customer support". Not only did I stumble upon this error after buying a veteran pack today but just an hour ago I completed a Silver difficulty multiplayer mission. Once the game ended and I was back at the multiplayer section of the game it said I recieved 36000 credits and a level up. After pressing the continue button I went straight to the store just to find that I was not awarded 36000 credits, I looked into my powers section for the character which I was playing with and I did not recieve a level up. EA customer support said that sometimes it takes a while for the updates to occur. I do not know if this issue has been fixed as I am typing this.
