Are the oppsiite sex human classes unlockable in the demo? I.e female solider, male infiltrator? I also heard that the fourth race of every class is not in the demo. I.e drell vanguard, Quarian infil, etc?
Unlockable characters?

I haven't been able to unlock the alternate humans either. Perhaps they are locked just like the fourth column of aliens.

if this is true, that means i unlocked all the races from the demo. 
On the other hand, it means i don't get to play the quarian infil i was looking forward to from the start.

I don't know about other classes/races, but I got a drell vanguard from my starter pack.
