What influence will Overlord have? I can't quite understand it..

If you gave David to Dr. Archer, Archer helps you and that nets you 25 points for war assets. If you gave David to Grissom Academy, then he becomes a modifier.Crimson Coyote wrote...

Admiral Mikhailovich from ME1 is a war asset as well. I kind of feel like he's unlikely to be very loyal to my Shep, as I refused to let him inspect the Normandy. He's a jerk, but I guess we need every asset we can get.
Wrex is also worth 5 more point the Wreav.
I don't think so, having a squad of soldiers is actually viable now as you don't need a tech expert with you to hack. I always prefered the guns a blazing squad over biotics

Is it possible to not have Wrex or Mordin die... or does one of them have to?Elegana wrote...
You can disarm the bomb, Wrex/Wreav alive, and cure the genophage (Mordin will sacrifice himself for the cure) and gain Krogan support, but the Salarians pull their support. But you can save a Salarian councillor which gives you Salarian support.Nord Ronnoc wrote...

can anyone show me on this me3 War Assets list the things from me1 that are go to help me in me3
-Save the Council. (They will give you the Destiny Acension)
-Save the Rachni Queen. (You will get rachni workers to aid you).
-Be nice to Conrad. (Even though his point value is 1, its nice to have him for the rid).
-Save Kirrahe. (He's a small war asset and having him gives you a total of 55 points. He'll also help with the Krogan vs. Salarian conflict, but if you can't save him, that's okay. You can still gain both Krogan and Salarian support whether he lives or not)
-Although not confirmed, look for Prothean data discs and anything else you can find.
-Choosing to save Ash or Kai doesn't matter. They yield the same point value. But if you're looking for combat support, you'll have Vega who's a solider. Even though Bioware said Ash and Vega have the same class but will fight differently, it's a bit redundant to have two soliders. The same can be argued with Liara and Kaidan, but Kaidan's a sentinel, so that gives you stronger biotic support.
That's all I can think of right now.
You can still get both of the races' support if Kirrahe dies? How?
OR
You can convince Mordin to sabotage the cure (Salarian Support), Wrex won't believe you, pull support, and try to kill you (forcing you to kill him). Wreav, if alive, can be convinced to give support since he can't tell the real cure from the fake.
EDIT: Left out some details. In order to convince Mordin to sabotage the cure, Eve has to die.

Unless they added an option to make peace between the two races, one of them must die. If Bioware did not add that option or changed to where both can live, look at it this way: Mordin wants to cure the Genophage. If you choose to cure it, then Mordin will die an honorable death.Shadow of Terror wrote...

So, can anyone answer me this, PM or in the thread.
Is it Geth OR Quarians, or is there a way to make peace.
Destroy Heretics (2 points)
Rewrite Geth (0 points)
Tali is a non-exile (2 points)
Tali has been exiled or you didn't do her Loyalty Mission (0 points)
Successfully quelled the argument between Legion and Tali either using Paragon/Renegade option (1 point)
Mass Effect 3 N7 mission concerning quarians (1 point)
Saved the quarian Admira in the N7 mission in ME3l (1 point)
Legion's Mission in ME3 (or no peace)
You need 5-7 points to achieve peace. 4 and below means no peace.
Rumor has it, if you did rewrite the geth but managed to obtain peace between the two races, you get a bonus for your war assets.
Side with the geth and all the quarians die and vice versa.
EDIT: You'll need a high reputation as well.
Any info as to what quarian Admiral? Xen, Koris, any other?
Edit: Thanks for the infos. I hope to get peace between the two races.

One of them requires you to destroy a Geth squadron on the quarian homeworld.
The other, a ship crashed on Rannoch and you must save the Admiral OR his crew. The Admiral is Koris and you must save him to broker peace. I assume saving his squad is the paragon option, so looks like paragons may get screwed over.

I hoped I could do it without a renegade-choice.
Well...I guess a crew of quarians isn't as bad as a large amount of geth(at least regarding the War-Assets).

I hope it isn't the Quibquib. To be in a quarian hearing he must have at least quite a crew.
Would be sad to see hundreds of quarians die.
And btw:
Excuse my question, but where did you get the info from? Not that I don't believe you, but I'd like to know.

My sources comes from the leaked script and a user from the SomethingAwful forums who many ME fans consider a reliable source (i.e.: He had a picture of FemShep the day before the ExpertZone demo came out, he's supposedly played the game, and he knew of the Prothean Squadmate's name before the Day 1 DLC leaked).

Ah, thanks on the heads-up on your sources.
I already understood it was Koris vas Qwib Qwib(though I may wrote the name wrong

Forget it then;)
You already took kind a burden of me by posting the info on not being forced to kill one of both races.
You don't need to look back in the script and risk to spoil yourself for me.
Thanks again.

One of my many Sheps is trying to have humans rule the gallaxy and win the war by themselfs. Looking at the list I doubt it is going to work however, the modiers may make it work. Thoughts?
Humanity alone? As it is that can never work. The best one can do is attempt to keep human power intact by working with the Council races and not allowing new powers to emerge. Three problematic races come to mind:
- With their rapid breeding and advanced technology, resurgent Rachni could very easily become more powerful than humanity and the Council races combined.
- If the genophage were cured, the Krogan would also eventually grow into a superpower capable of threatening all the other races.
- If the Geth survive the war, their emergence from isolationism and massive resources would instantly make them a major power.

If the Rachni stay dead, the Krogan stay neutered and the Geth are destroyed, humanity will have a much higher relative power. Especially with new Quarian allies who would be very grateful for Shepard's help. These three might help alot in the short term but in the long run they would definitely disrupt the established order. I take the Council races over these guys any day- better the devil you know and all that.

I Agree, according to the review of the game your actions
can lead to other races getting wiped out so therefore with careful planning it
may be possible to have the council races wiped out and have humans left
standing. Which despite the complete evil of it would be a stroke of genius as
its earth that is ground zero.
Now according to my research there are four human fleets that can be recruited
plus a number of frigates and cruisers. Now I do not think that it is the
complete list as there is no human dreadnoughts that are on the list and as
Shepards mother is a captain on one it would be a bit of a lost plot line
otherwise.
Yes this Shepard is basically TIM which is what I wished I had called him.
