This has been posted in the past, but in case anyone else was in the same boat as me (old computer crashed, etc. and couldn't find manual with registration code to reinstall) looking to replay ME2 before ME3, EA.com online help was (surprisingly to me!) very helpful, in live chat in just a few minutes they looked my account up and provided a new registration code so that I could reinstall instead.
