Is there any way once you get a character to level 20 to reset your powers? I have some choices that I'd like to do differently than when I first leveled up my character.

No, but there will be in the actual game. Not the demo.

i would think on the full game that there (and should be) will be mostly likey at a cost of X amount of your credits depending on your level if there is one.
