Hello, I am an English-speaking person living in Germany. I was going to order ME3 on amazon but in the info section I saw that the only language available is German. Does that mean I can't change the language in the whole game, or is it just the box art? If the former, can't I switch it with an English version on Origin or something?

Just buy it from a shop in the UK like I do.
Play.com for example allows you to pay in Euro and does not charge for delivery.

On PC you don't have to worry about languages: you can select which language you want during the installation. I bought all my Bioware games for PC in Italy and I was always able to play the game in English.

Is it true for digital versions? I want 100% english version (because its hard to get additional game content to polish versions) but im preordering through origin from Poland. im not sure what i'll get: english or polish OR "choose language during instalation"

From the Origin FAQ thread over on the EA Forums:

Q: When you buy a physical copy from a foreign country, will Origin enforce the version being sold in the country where you try to activate the copy or will you have all the benefits of the foreign version?
A: Where you purchase the game dictates your language and/or content with a few exceptions depending on regions/games.

Not sure on specifics - you might have to ask over there.

While entering my Italian game code on Origin, Origin itself asked me which version it was (take as example Battlefield Bad Company 2 or the latest Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning), instead of choosing Italian I've chosen English or the option with English, having set Origin also in English (GB) it'll make sure that your games WILL BE in English ;)

There is a small "but" in the whole thing. I've set origin to english (GB) but the game titles for purchase are still in polish language (the rest of the interface is english). im afraid to buy coz i dont wont polish version. would be fun to have english digital deluxe version but if i have to wait i'll just go to store and check on the standard box edition if i can set pure english, english with polish subtitels or pure polish
