Any good? I can't seem to hurt anything with them but the description shows a huge radius and damage.

Well, add some radius to them in level ups. And also, try aiming them when throwing, don't just expect them to land on your enemies when you target them. The frag flies with your aim.

Frag grenades are awkward to use but once you get used to them they are a good resource for high level soldiers. They are extremely useful to use against Guardians if you get the grenade to land just behind them and when enemies have evaded other abilities.

Or you can shoot concusion shot to air and make it curve on Guardian's head.
