turian sentinel. can't beat overload and warp. i played sentinel through ME2 and I loved it. Right now I'm replaying with the iconic shepard (soldier) and it is pretty ugly. Whoever said that ME was made for biotic fighting, I salute you.
EDIT: W00t! Just got turian sentinel!

The class I really wanna try out is the Turian Soldier;although I must say the Turian Sentinel is pretty boss.

Salarian and quarian both engineer and infiltrator . i wish sentinel was better but oh well . i got 4 chance to get a character i like with those =D

And Human male Soldier, because that class is better than any other class in the game.

My Human engineer is a beast already...but I really want to play around with the Turian soldier, Salarian engineer, and Krogan sentinel to see if those combinations are as potent as they sound.

My Krogan soldier is fun to jerk around in Bronze and melee everyone, but his utility pales in comparison to my engineer.

My Human engineer will continue to be my go-to class until I find something that features more utility. Which I doubt will happen.

Sprinting around the map and meleeing EVERYTHING in one hit (Okay, maybe you won't do that on silver or gold, but on bronze it's just too easy to do it, and quite fun), sending bodies flying while roaring and laughing maniacally, all in the name of Tuchanka? Why would you NOT want that.

Second would probably be asari vanguard or adept, asari adept with nothing but a pistol has got some hilarious power spam potential, and the asari power attack is great.

Anything Krogan. I've loved Wrex since I first met him at C-Sec. The way he looked at Shepard was just awesome.

Other than that.. I've really been liking the soldier, however infiltrator (on PC, I suck at sniping on 360) seems really cool too.

As someone else pointed out, this is just the demo and only has one type of enemy, Cerberus. So it'll be interesting to see how the classes change and play out against different kinds of enemies.

So pumped.. although, I will say, Geth Infiltrator is probably something I really really want to play. I'll be interested in seeing if they release him in the future.

Any of the locked Aliens apart from the Drell Vanguard, for me (havnt unlocked any damn Random packs).

I'll be happily looking forward to a Human Adept. With a strong, scoped pistol + powers + [maybe] a super light backup weapon they can deal with most things and are a decent fit in many teams.

Also I figure I won't get to unlock the "really cool" classes for a while so I'll pin my hopes on the human.

Asari Vanguard I guess. Not excited about Stasis, Overload, and my Charge all sharing the same cooldown however. I'm pretty sure I will enjoy my Human Vanguard more...

Oh and a Krogan Sentinel is going to own face.

So I'm the only one looking forward to the Salarian engineer? I thought Decoy would have more people's interest piqued. As it is a completely new skill, not a reboot of a ME1 skill or a carry over from ME2
