In my first playthrough of ME2 I lost a team member in the last fight (Mordin didn't make it).  I loaded the last saved game for that character and then did the Arrival DLC.  When I returned to the Normandy after completing the DLC and went to the tech lab I discovered Mordin standing there.

The normandy's crew who died as a result of delaying the transit of the omega 4 relay are still missing.

This is an error. I just discovered my play through where Mordin dies is my second one, not my first one and he remains dead in it. Appologies.
