Is it possible to import just me1 character to me3? Or is there anyway, other than playing me2 again, change the choises you made in me2? Just like the dlc genesis...

You can't import at my knowledge from ME1 to ME3. You can either do :
Mass Effect → Mass Effect 2 → Mass Effect 3 or use the 'genesis' they will provide and start from scratch in ME3 with chance of loosing cameo because the choice are not in the 'genesis'

Personally, I don't see why not. However, I don't have first hand knowledge beyond the demo. One can hope. = )

It might do a default ME2 choices though. Or maybe Gibbed Game Save Editor will be available for ME3 imports.
