I dont want to destroy your dreams but female Salarians dont have boobs. They lay eggs and are not mammals. Name me one animal that lay eggs AND have boobs 

Name another animal with boobs.  Not mammaries, boobs, primary sexual characteristics.

Perhaps. But in Redemption Tazzik throws the Blue Suns for a loop, because he's taller and beefier than the average Salarian, though still shorter than a Krogan.

Maybe I didn't read that, or maybe I did but don't remember Tazzik, regardless.

The Salarians love genetic engineering, not surprising they'd focus on traits.
