What do you guys think is the best 4 person team builds?  What classes (leveled to what focus) work well togather?

Ive found Infiltrators (Cloak) work well as medic/objective doers, Vangaurd (focused on splash damage) take on crowds and break them up, Krogan tanks (focusing on tankyness) do what tanks do, and asuri adepts (focused on shockwave AKA dubstep) are great back up support.

Your all Thoughts?

It really depends on the player, matches are pretty flexible however on higher levels having some sort of CC is essential wether it's a stun or stasis bubble (<- god I love that power) when you have multiple phantoms running around.

That's defently true. I know my friend freezes the crap out of phantoms with his asuri adept and we all gang up on it.

Asari adept : Stasisfieldlol synergic with infiltrator --> ok

But you need an atlaskiller (weapon user like turian senti or adre soldier), because if you want to go gold you won't have enough cobra.

Vanguard goes with EVERYTHING!

As an Asari Adept and Human Vanuard player I find that an Asari Adept + Human Vanguard + Quarian Engineer + Human Engineer works quite well. (Asari's Stasis Bubble allows for a great Biotic Charge + Nova opportunity also Stasis can then save the Vanguard's ass whilt the Engineers cover the flanks with their Drone/Turret).

Also I noticed Asari Vanguard has both Stasis AND Charge which by the way is awesome AND anoying (having to choose between both would be a really pain in the ass I bet...)

Mark my words, the Asari Vanguard will be the best class in the game on release. Almost all the control of a Asari Adept but with offence and burst damage.

You won't have to choose between Stasis and Charge at all. You will simply Stasis a target  then Charge it triggering a Biotic Combo which does large AoE damage and puts all surviving enemies in Stasis. No more problems with retaliation or Guardians.

The Stasis Biotic combo is the best combo in the game. The fact that they gave one class the ability to do it solo is ridiculous.

Just to top it off they get crazy burst damage in a grenade power which is quick and easy to refill for Vanguards.

On high level games I prefer a team makeup of:

-- Salarian Infiltrator ... Great scouts, Medics, High Powered Snipers, etc.

-- Asari Adept: Stasis makes an Infiltrator's [and everyone else's job easier]

-- Human Adept: Singularity & Warp are great against hoards of goons and can be used to delay other guys

-- Any other good class is welcome on Bronze or Silver. For Gold another Asari Adept or Salarian Infiltrator would be useful.

Note: It's more important to play well as a team than to have "exactly" the most Uber of Uber classes.
