So I have the first two ME games on Xbox and it's been fine, but since ME3 has multiplayer options and all my friends have it on the PC, I was wondering if there's an easy way to switch from Xbox to PC after completing ME2?

You can transfer your saves to PC from Xbox, but it can get a bit complicated.

I read through the OP in the link from cgrimm54. It looks like a way to mod the Xbox game but I didn't see specifically how to transfer xbox save files to the PC. I'm newb to modding but I'm in the same situation as Masami - Played the first 2 on Xbox but now have a beastly PC and want to make the switch without having to buy and play the first 2 again.

Take a look through the google docs link on that page. 

I know I've seen other people make the transfer. If not, maybe try Mass Effect 2 Utils.
