I saw it last night...Go to the Dashboard for Xbox, Games tab, go to where you can buy game-themed outfits for your xbox avatar, on the Advertising tab, the first screen should be the ME3 avatar items, and if you wait for the advertisments to cycle, it'll be the 4th or 5th one.

So I checked again today where I found the Play with the Devs advertisement and it wasn't there because of the dash update, so the Xbox official playtime might have been scrubbed. Doesn't mean you might secretly be playing with a Dev though.
