Even though I'm N7 level 90, I haven't had the patience to get over level 17 in any class, I always want to switch to another class and use their abilities for a while lol.
Anyway, what I want to know is, does experience do anything for you after level 20? And if not, what's the benefit of surviving to full extraction besides bragging rights?
IMO once you reach level 20, your experience should be divided by 20 and given to you as credits. So for your standard 100,000 point bronze match you would get an extra 5,000 credits, giving you a bit of incentive to work for full extraction.
Experience after level 20?

After level 20 you can import into the SP for a boost to your changes of kicking reaper ass. You loose your levels I imagine.

Ravenmyste, it's been said multiple times by one of the moderators on this forum (I forget his name, the dude with the salarian avatar) that characters can be promoted as assets in the "Galaxy at War" mechanic that assesses your overall "galactic readiness" and affects the end of the game. It is common knowledge.
If you're asking for *official* confirmation of the promote mechanic, look on the demo (there's a grayed out "promote button") and the confirmed achievement for promoting a character to the single player portion, found here: http://www.xbox360ac...le-Scarred.html

Speculation: removes character from MP and "cashes them in" for GR points.
we will just have to wait another 14 days to find out... or sooner if someone finds one of the airbaloon copies.
