I fail to see how this is bullying. Perhaps because the word is a button-issue right now you think it can be lumped in but the truth is that the internet is where people get criticized. You put your name out there and you get people launching insults at you.
I get insulted on the internet all the time, as does Stanley Woo, John Epler and more. I don't understand why this is being blown out of proportion. Is it because she's sensitive about it? I just don't get it.
I'm ashamed to admit myself that I was becoming overly critical of BioWare and their games, that I too began to feel like I'm entitled to the things I personally expected from their games. In my critique, I never resorted to calling anyone names, but my sarcastic remarks were becoming borderline insulting. I missed what happened to Jennifer Hepler, but David Gaider's tweet led me to a few links with articles that served as a wake-up call. If you're not careful, the limit of what you consider acceptable gets pushed further and further when you're surrounded by people who think nothing of flinging the most vile insults at people, showing no respect for anyone or anything. There is no concern for how this affects the other person.
Jennifer Hepler is not "sensitive" about it, her reaction is normal. It's the people who verbally attacked her, who don't know the bounds of propriety, who are abnormal. Amazing that I have to say this, but people who respect each other, will criticize each other without resorting to verbal abuse.
Think on that, on the lack of respect people show you, the next time you're insulted. As long as you accept it, they'll continue, moreover they'll up the ante just to get a reaction out of you. Where will it end then?
