Even worse, I had to listen to someones crying baby during one game yesterday. Was very distracting.
Yeah, I've had that, dogs barking, car alarms, hell even had one guy's fire alarm go off because someone burnt some bacon - that one was pretty funny - but it does get annoying.
Sadly, there is no option to turn off voice chat under options - i've checked

im amazed by this. All the games i played none spoke with the mic.

Generally none of the players have a headset or simply don't use, but yes, some players like to talk during the match, it's fun more or less, what it's annoying is the background noise, baby's crying, wives complaining, friends trolling (most common), and the most annoying, someone talking alone some language that nobody understand.

Just wondering is it possible to mute other players in the ME3 co-op on the PS3, without muting the entire game- It's kinda distracting when you've got a group of people speaking a different language to you, or have a lot of background noise
I wished for a mute quick button on the PS3 mic... The worst games are the ones where you have 1 guy talking all the time... And most of the times it's a very young person who's guiding you through his game.... like I give a sh*t!?
I have adopted the Krogan Warlord sentence "Stop Whining!" .... I have shouted that a few times now:lol:
If you have a headset and mic then at least you can drop the headset for that game.... if you don't have a headset then you have that annoying person full audio on your TV.... whoopdidoo:blink:

I never mute pugs , unless someone makes weird annoying noises, or is listening to crappy music. I enjoy all the pugish jabber & trashtalking cos' it makes me feel like I'm playing with real people, not with bots.

O yes, I like to hear people talk and being people. And wen someone posseses the gift of humor then it's funny.
But I stand firm...some people just don't need to be heard... they need a high five with a chair to the face.
