after obtaining all de weapons x , except de golden ones , when i bought a veteran pack it gives me only blue cards , it seams a bug to me

You might have just had a bad bit of luck - get another and see what happens.

it happened 8 times , one after the other , and it sais (it alwais contains an uncomon or better item ) so it must have alwais a silver or gold card

This. It says uncommon or better. Silver is classed rare.

an uncommon is one that is not common , as you se yo cant get blue uncommon cards

But when I do, I prefer Dos Quarians.

I think it's because you already have all the silver cards.

I'm getting all blues in my veteran packs too, but I kept track of which weapons had silver backs and which had gold. All of my blue and silver weapons are already maxed, so my veteran packs have contained only blue character cards.
