I got ME2 from Bioware as part of a give-away to DA2 registered owners. I downloaded and played ME2 for awhile, then took a long break. When I tried to play it recently, It didn't recognize my email and password. I re-registered but now it wants a product key number. I can't remember where that is located. Did it come in an email, or is it in a file that downloaded with the game? Any advice on how I can play this game again?

Got to love EA's complete lack of interest. Aside from the boiler plate email, this is all I got:
"Please allow me to clarify that there is no such option to find the key of the game as these games are register on the Bioware site so we are not able to see the code from our side."

Figured it out. The product key number is found in the "customize" option on the game startup, under "game" button.
