I played ME1 and ME2 past 2 months (and before) but I got a question for possible outcome.
In ME1 you could save the Rachni queen-will Rachni race help you against the reapers in ME3?
In ME2 you could erase virus affecting GETH-will they help you in ME3
Please comment on your thoughts.
Possible happenings of your choices in ME1 and ME2 affecting ME3

I believe the Rachni will either help you or betray you and cause a problem in the korgan storyline.

Spoiler based on a log i've seen this morning about war asset:
There was a check for killing Rachni Queen about a betrayal and Geth rewrite doesn't seem to have any repercussion (mostly boosting their numbers but thats about it). You will have to deal with Quarian and Geth in their war though.

Not so much "betray" as "are indoctrinated again" or something along those lines, if the leaked script is to be believed. Although according to that script, you are again presented with a choice between eradicating them and saving them, except this time you have to sacrifice a platoon of krogans if you want to save the rachni (one of which is apparently Grunt if he survived the second game).
