 I was in Orzammar getting the last of the treaties sorted before the landsmeet and behlen requested I go and kill Jarvia.
I weed information from the villagers, I get the token, I fight through the entire tunnel - Kill Jarvia and BANG. Game doesn't register her death. Behlen just constantly tells me to go and kill her, I even tried siding with Harrowman and he told me to get some documents from Jarvia once she was dead...

How can a game released on a modern console get away with having such serious and crappy glitches, I swear. Partly my bad as the last manual save I did was 5 hours previous to killing Jarvia, but I shouldn't have to prepare for game crashes. Now I'm back in the damn forest killing wolves again. It really has ruined the game for me.

Anyone else experience some terrible glitches like this?
