Everything else on my slightly elderly laptop looks ok, but I'm worried about the video card. And I'm not even vaguely sure what the numbers on video cards mean. With an AMD M880 with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200, am I in the clear or in real trouble?
But Will It Run?

The last three digits denote the quality and '200' is entry-level. This is below the system requirements. It may boot the game but don't expect playable framerates.

Well, it ran... pretty smoothly on the demo, especially once I turned the shadows off. I have been postponing my preorder over this -- I'm fine with waiting until I get a better PC, and would rather not spend the cash only to have it tease me on the shelf.
New question -- If the demo runs well, can I expect the whole version to be me-friendly?

This system is below requirements even if you get it to run by turning everything down low the whole game contains various enviroments which will run good and bad. The game is not guaranteed to run well or even work it may crash at a point and become unplayable and since it's a notebook that is not built for gaming you run the risk of damaging your hardware by pushing it to do things it is not designed to do,
Even if you run the game and finish it what would be the point? Having to lower settings so much and not seeing the game in the way it was intended to be seen for me personally is not good enough. You might as well get the console version at least then it'll look decent and will run well.

If the demo runs, it is a good indication that the game will also run. So just try the Demo and see how it goes. I would also expect it might run, but not necessary very pretty or playable.

The demo runs well, which has convinced me. Worst comes to worst, I'll have it for the new machine. Thanks, guys!

Like Fredvdp and Moondoggie said, your laptop's graphics chip is way below minimum requirements. You'll have to turn settings down a lot to even get it to play.
