My problem is the recharge for my powers. Sometimes it takes about 15 seconds to recharge my power but it has always been about 3 seconds. Plz explain the recharge process that i think deals with weight or something.
I have a question! plz help...

Yes it is more than likely tied into your weight, if you are carrying multiple or heavy weapons your recharge time will increase.

yes, there is a weight bar in your character screens, if you carry too many weapons (depends on their weight and what powers you have) then your recharges start to change.

I just swapped my shotty that exceded my normal weight capacity to a light weight pistol, and now my power recharge is about 2 to 3 seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!
