Cassandra Styles (Callsign: Tech)
Female human Sentinel, lvl 20

Cassandra Styles is the daughter of a Chef who worked at the Alliance Embassy on the Asari homeworld of Thessia. Her mother spent the entire pregnancy of Thessia and, as a result of exposure to ambient element zero, Cassandra was born biotic. She trained with Asari children, learning to master the ability to create mass effect fields. Cassandra quickly grew to admire the Asari Commandos. Of course, she couldn't join, but as soon as she was able, Cassandra applied to attend the Alliance Naval Academy. Thanks to her Asari training, Cassandra graduated with top marks. She was awarded the rank of 2nd Lieutenant and classified as an N2. While at the Academy, Cassandra earned the callsign 'Tech' because of her technical proficency with biotics.

During the war with the Geth, Cassandra was assigned to the SSV Warsaw's marine detachment. Since the Battle of the Citadel was primarily a matter of ship vs ship combat, she felt relatively useless during what was, up to that point, the most important military engagement of her career. Worse, when the Warsaw was breaking up due to sustaining heavy fire from Geth forces, she had to abandon ship. Cassandra was only one of a handful of survivors of the Warsaw and she has tremendous survivor's guilt.

After the Battle of the Citadel, Cassandra threw herself into her career. She volunteered for every mission she could, helping with the geth clean-up. With each mission she grew more and more reckless, counting on her tech armor and skills to help her survive. Cassandra constantly moved out into the open to draw fire away from her squad, putting herself at risk. After several such missions, she was put on desk duty. The Alliance, to their credit, was determined to help her screw her head back on straight.

A year or therapy later, Cassandra's file was up for review for a return to combat duty. Then Earth was invaded. Every hand, no matter how damaged, was needed. Especially special forces. So, Cassandra got put back into active combat. Time will tell if she's ready for it.

Zoey spent most of her life with her best friend Tali'zorrah, she passed her pilgrimage easily and became a proud crew member of the Neema and later, learning about the reaper invasion, joined the Alliance military to help stop the reaper invasion.
