[golems wrath]

I am a simple bioware fan who enjoys their stories but I am sad because I am missing out on me 1.  I already know that microsoft owns the rights to it but I had a simple thought and I would appreciate it if a bioware employee would think and answer a question of mine.  I see that after mass effect 3 there will be dlc for it but what if after all possible content both future and release day wise is completed why not try to negotiate with microsoft a sort of agreement to either port or remake mass effect 1 and allow it to go to the ps3?  I know that money will be involved but maybe bioware and ea could give a sort of special deal to microsoft like giving microsoft an advantage to compensate in the sales.  I am just asking that when me3 is completed in its content why not try to get a deal to allow it to be brought to ps3?  I will welcome feeback but no arguements please and I would be gratefull if someone from bioware posts about it.
