I'm getting this about half the time.  It doesn't seem a big deal as the items still turn up, but I don't initially get the screen taking me through what I got.  Instead the screen telling me what I've got often turns up later.  For example, if I leave multiplayer for the main menu and come back.

I got this only once so far, but I never got any items for my credits. And that was for a Veteran pack, so I'm a little annoyed.

I have experienced the same only i later on got a popup with 10 items or so for for 2 failed purchases and somehow didnt spend any credit.

(got 2 failed to purchase and lost no credits).

Later on it worked fine.

Just exit multiplayer and re-enter it. Have had this happen twice and exiting and re-entering multiplayer immediately gave me the pack upon re-entry.

I too TWICE had this problem.

The CASES:
1st time
on 20k Veteran pack I HAD time to actually see the items I get and ALSO looked that I got the CARNIFEX pistol. Then 5sec later (before I got out of the items received screen) THe message appeared. Relogged MP and NO CARNIFEX.... it happened about 1-2 days ago!

2nd time
ALSO on 20k Veteran pack. I DID NOT see the list of items! I was pissed as last time I lost 20K and ALL items including the CARNIFEX, so I searched this FORUM and found that I was already doing the re-log process. This time it worked! BUT no special items... just extra XP for my ALREADY LVL 20 Human Soldier.... damn it what a waste of time...

I WONDER (1st case)... if the money is gone BUT the items NOT received.... WILL I EVER get the carnifex? Or does the system THINKS and REGISTERS that I ALREADY HAVE it?

BioWare you better check this it'll ****** people off if ithappens in RELEASE version!

I've gotten this several times. My money goes away, and it never tells me if I got anything. I've never noticed having anything -new- after it happens, but who knows if it upgraded a weapon or character I already had..

Hand it happen to many, many times. You do actually get your items. Remember most of the time your just getting some consumables and maybe an upgrade to a mod or weapon you don't use.

I've had it happen ~10 times. Sometimes I'll get charged and items will show up after logging out/in, sometimes my credits will disappear but nothing ever shows up (4 veteran packs *sigh*), sometimes nothing shows up but I'm not charged.

It happen to me twice, I am Lv 61. Can they fix that for the retail version ?

mp items better not be through these "packs" in retail... im 113 and i've got all like basic weapons maxed, all basic characters maxed (appearance wise) and thats pretty much it, i've got asari adept, krogan soldier, and salarian infiltrator, but none i've been able to get again to get any more appearance options... so ya they better not do just these packs or i may just stick with SP

I am new to MP and I get this problem almost every time. My credits go down when I exit the screen and I have no idea if I received anything.

I've gotten this a good amount of times, but I always get the items. I will say I usually do NOT get to see them in pack form, but if you looks through your stuff, a weapon/character/mod is upgraded a level. Unfortunately, unless you knew what it was before, you may not notice.

This is especially evident if you get say, a Human Male Sentinel card and you never use Sentinel. You'll notice when going to the character select screen, Sentinel will have the upgrade arrow flashing since it was leveled up.

Didn't happen at all on the demo, it just started about 2 days ago.

Also, the full version's multiplayer store is so slow... Is it slow for the rest of you guys or just as quick as the demo's multiplayer store was...?

I get a long delay, then several failed attempts at purchasing a pack, then one successful one.

It is painfully slow and I often get disconnected from EA servers due to timeout.  It was faster in the demo because the store was actually on your computer instead of being verified and processed on EA servers.

When I have gotten this message, I see that my credits are refunded a few seconds later.

I called customer service and I have a long, ignored by devs, thread on here about the timeouts and how this is the only online game to ever have them for me, but it still isn't working.

For the past 2 days I get this all the time now. Sometimes when exiting the game and re-entering it I get the pack. Other times I have no clue if I got something but the 20k is gone.

I'm having the same issue have lost lot of in game credits to this bug. Last time being when I had 36,000 credits I tried to buy a veteran pack and some recruit packs and it refused to go threw, closed out and came back and I only had 3,600 credits and still no items.

I've received this error for the second time, in two days. Apparently I also wasted 20k on a Veteran pack for items I either: Didn't receive, or for items that I received but I don't know what they are. In addition, my multiplayer system cannot connect to -anything- be that games, or the scoreboard, but my current internet off-game works fine.

I just had this problem as well. However, my credits were returned instantly, so no harm done. I'll be restarting the game in a bit to see if that solves the problem.

I just lost my Victory Pack to this issue. I've tried closing out multiplayer and then the whole game/Origin and rebooting, but it's just gone
