I got the Victory pack, but the Commendation pack is still not working. I have had it happen quite a few times now--maybe 10-20 since getting the game--that I've tried to open a Spectre pack and it told me my purchases had failed to process. The store returned my credits or seemed to, I logged out, logged back in again, it didn't work... I restarted both Origin and the game, then my credits were gone, as if I had received the pack (but I did not.)
It's hard to enjoy playing several silver matches as much when you fear the rewards waiting for you will just vaporize. It's like, why did I bother?

I'm getting this now on both the victory and commendation packs.
1:50 eastern (a minute or two later):
I just restarted the game and the victory pack wasn't listed in the store anymore, but the commendation pack was. I tried to get it now and the commendation pack went through (yeah) .. but the victory pack never showed up (or if it did, it never gave me a listing of what it had in it).

Same here: couldn't redeem it, restarted the multiplayer, restarted the whole game and the pack just disappeared.Optimist Prime wrote...
I just lost my Victory Pack to this issue. I've tried closing out multiplayer and then the whole game/Origin and rebooting, but it's just gone
And it's happening to a lot of people. So they better do something about it or there's going to be a lot of people really pissed off who won't buy their games anymore, including me.

I've had this happen to me as well. Sometimes it takes the credits and gives me the stuff without being able to see it first, sometimes it fails and gives me my credits back, and sometimes it fails and takes my credits (33,000 in one case).
I contacted EA via Live chat and they said the credits should re-appear within 2-6 days.
P.S. I seem to spend a lot of time live chatting with EA reps. Weird, right?

This is happening about half the time on all purchases for me. All credit purchases (I refuse to give them real money until this is fixed). I know I usually get the items after I quit & re-enter, but there have been a few cases that I can't find anything new.
One oddity that I haven't seen anyone else mention is that once a purchase fails to go through, I'm guaranteed to get booted (or have all the other players drop) in the second round of the next match. If I restart ME3 completely, I can join a match and play to completion just fine. This happens 100% of the time (and is very annoying).

Get the sale error every time I get a pack. Find it rather annoying to have to buy a pack completely close the game then reload it just to see if I got anything out of it at all.

I get this reguarly. I find if I quit and restart, I've got the contents of the pack and I can buy in the store again.
Of course in the last day or two I've been having connection issues (isp giving us cr*ppy tech) so the last couple of times could be that.

I'm bugged with this so many time that I can't even count how many times I lost the /premium/spectre packs.
So far I can provide an advice that you guys should buy the 5k credit recruit pack before buying the spectre, just to check we're clear to buy the spectre and the connectivity to buy further.

I played ME3 MP on monday April 10th, got around 107.000 credits and Spectre premium pack for 99.000 credits was still visible on offer, so I´ve tried to buy it - resulting with loss of 99.000 credits and getting no content at all. :-((
I´ve contacted czech EA support about, they said: "Its sad, but can´t do anything about it, please try social.bioware.com." I have tried, found that I can´t register game since I´ve used another email adress to register on origion when I got ME3, instead of email used to register on social.bioware.com and got absolutely NO WARNING about it and since then I am trying to convice EA to do something about it untill now. Wonderful support, really wonderful.
