Issue with the "Ready" function.

This happens way too often and I decided to take a picture of it this time. What you are seeing is that all four players appear ready but the mission won't start.

I've had this happen before. Some guys that had mics on said on the mic my account name and what was taking me so long to hit the ready button. On my screen it was green. When I toggled through then the game fired off.
So whatever causes this makes it so that you sometimes aren't checked ready even though you're screen says you are.

i think this happens a lot! The next time you are sitting in the lobby and one guy seems to be taking forever to get ready, this is probably whats happening. I've been kicked a few times when it all looked green at my end but we couldn't get the match started.

Might be an xbox exclusive issue, much like changing characters in the lobby on the PC makes your skill bar go blank.
