How do I pick my specialization at level 7?  It seems I may have missed a contact or some content somewhere.  I thought I read something somewhere along the way about a trainer.  Please help!

You automatically get a specialisation point at level 7. You select it on the left-hand side of the level-up page.

If you haven't unlocked any specialisations for your chosen class, then you won't have any to select.

There are 3 ways of getting specialisations (this isn't really a spoiler, its just a duplicate of one of loading screen tooltips): Talking to party members, finding/buying and reading books and completing specific quests in the game in specific ways.
