[Frau Mosh]

This is the first time I've ever done any Mod stuff, so I'd like some help. I downloaded the Pineappletree Vibratn Colors and also the More Hairstyles by Nexus. I put them both in my BioWare> Dragon Age > Packages > Core > Override. I read something about unzipping...? I never heard of that before, but I downloaded the 7Zip anyway. No idea what to do... can someone give some help or step-by-step instructions?
