 So why will ME3 get released on March 8 in Sweden while it says March 6 everywhere else. Will Origin adjust to this as well?

The 6 of March is for the North American release.

I'm guessing shipping differences. Since the company that makes it is in north america, north america would get it first. I don't really know much of european release differences since I live in the part of america where it's only american news and everyone acts like there's no such thing as the rest of the world, so can't help you there.

That is bad, and I bet Origin will sense in which country I am in and lock the game til then as well. Need to ban BSN and Youtube on the 6th then.

Might have to do it earlier than that, since the game will definitely leak after EA's little advertising stunt.

Ah yes, and I remember ME2 leaked out a week before release without EA's help

It's released on the 9th in Australia. Something to do with release dates for PAL and NTSC system apparently. NTSC systems release early in the week and PAL systems release later in the week. *shrug*

All I know is that in a week or so I'll be staying far, far away from the forums until I get my copy and am playing the game so I don't get hit by major spoilers.

In the UK we get releases on the friday and the friday is the 9th. Once its in store it's available to play so it depends when it reaches stores.

it releases on the 8th for us which is pretty standard since basically all new releases comes out on a Thursday (games, movies etc).

The 8th also works out to be the 7th in the USA which basically means we get it 1 day late, not that big a deal. I imagine every region of the world has their own standard date for release of new things

I wonder if those spaced copies are going to have Origin disabled or witha special code that let`s them forgo Origin. I remember reading Origin would check where you where loging from to prevent early access.

  Origin doesn't give a crap about 360 copies.

EB told me the 8th, It always pisses me off though, we're pretty much the first major country to wake up on a new day and we get everyting a day or two (or in TORs case a month or two) late.

This is pretty standard business practice:

US Release is always Tuesdays, EU Release on Fridays. It is kind of silly considering that the delay only leads to more piracy, but it is business as usual. I can't figure out why they just cannot release the game worldwide on the same date.
Official Release dates for ME3 is 6th march in US, 9th march in EU.

I like it gives me a chance to see the game for real and not through the eyes of some paid off reviewer or sycophant.

I remember all the WTF moments between the US release of DA2 when stuff like "it's only got one cave" started to come out and you could finally see it on youtube.
