Humans are the lamest race, imho. Not having a custom face is no big deal, but swapping out helmets would be a nice touch.

Hopefully later when the game is finished they would add more customization in armor and appeareance. Maybe some unique armor in the booster packs? I don't mean Hue, Contrast, and saturation, but stuff that improves health and sheilds,etc.

I just wish they'd change the heavy armor helmet. Even if we can't customize it, I really don't like that one, not to mention it looks just like the Cerberus one...

Helment options for all races would have been nice. Its not like our mouths move in game anyway (multiplayer).

Op these are genetic soldiers really you want to see some no bodies face this snot shepard in MP keep that crap in story mode. it does not matter this MP has bigger issues like the unlock system . than this cry for faces in MP . aliens should not have helmets

MMORPG's have millions of players with different customizations. So I don't think that the "face" would be that hard to do, and it would definitely not take up much.
