"Unable to acsess your profile Storage. The game has encountered an error."

What does this mean? What exactly is affected by this problem? How do I fix this?

It's likely that this has something to do with trying to access the details stored on this site (BioWare), via your EA Account, from your Xbox LIVE Gamertag.

Try signing out and then back in from your EA Account via the Title Menu. If this doesn't work, make sure that you've registered your game on this site, and that there aren't any problems with your EA Account (i.e. log in to the EA website).

If all esle fails, try looking at the Dragon Age help site (http://help.dragonage.com/) and/or contacting BioWare / EA for support.

How do I log out my Ea account via the game? I see no such option in the options menu or even in the extra's.

All I know is maybe there could be a botch up with my XBOXprofile cuz I have one on my hard drive and my memory card so I may of oopsed there.

I am trying to restore the account to see if that helps cuz so far it hasn't worked and I already registered my copy (If you can't tell by the icon).

So far no dice.

I am getting this same message.

Has anyone figured out a fix yet?  When I get home I will try the log out thing but I am at work right now so I will try latter.

Same here and it's been like that for a few days. It hasn't affected my game (as far as I know), so I've just ignored it. Still, would be nice to know what it means and how I can fix it. I'll give the suggestions here a try, thank you.

I'm still getting this "Unable to access" message and I'm still ignoring it. It hasn't stopped me from playing, so I'm not unduly worried about it. I am curious, however; exactly what am I missing out on by not being able to access the servers? Is it JUST having my info uploaded so all of you can see it?

And, as Nac asked above, how does one log off the account (I assume the EA account) from the 360?
