Is there a way to change around the action bar or drag icons to the action bar from the menu when you hold down "shift"?
I have some abilities that wont appear on my action bar, but i see them when i hold "shift". Im hoping there is a way to drag them, but i cant figure it out.
Need help with action bar

So I'm not the only one who can't drag powers to my favorite shortcuts.. I have assigned the first to powers to Q and E but it won't let me drag the powers I want to those shortcuts :/

I can do this in SP, but not in MP. In SP there's still this bug from ME2 where dragging powers around in combat crashes your game.
