Can the title screen, or at least the Dragon Age logo, currently be changed? Curious. Sorry if this has already been asked.

The videos that play when you first start up the game, you mean? In My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\DragonAge.ini, find the lines with the values dragon_age_ea_logo.bik and dragon_age_main.bik (in the [Movies] section) and change them both to (UNASSIGNED). I think that'll do it.
