Hello,
So I was using older drivers which did not have the ME3 SLI profiles for my SLI GTX 470 setup. When I checked I seen the latest 295.73 official released drivers. I went ahead and downloaded them, rebooted the system, enabled SLI for mass effect vie Nvidia control panel, and went ahead and started playing.
First thing I notice is a greenish coloring of the screen, it flickers, and it's very pixelated. Colors of offset, and blurry and flashing the wrong way.
When I attempted to record this error in fraps, it shows the game running perfectly fine. Which is weird. So I disabled SLI. Ran the game on 1 card, runs fine. Took out GPU 1 and put GPU 2 in it's place. Still fine. Enable SLI with GPU 2 as the primary and still gives the weird error. Cannot figure out what's causing this. Battlefield 3, eve, SWTOR, ME2, and every other game I own plays fine in SLI. Thought it was maybe my card going bad, but I doubt it since I've tested it pretty well.
System specs.
Windows 7 64 bit
G.Skill Sniper series memory 8GB
i5 2500k @ 4.8Ghz (tested on stock clocks, made no difference)
GTX 470 X2 800/600 (also tested at stock, same results)
Crucial M4 128gb SSD (latest firmware)
All drivers updated to latest version. Ran my updater this morning. Still having the issue.

The 295.51 beta drivers work flawlessly for the demo with my 460's in SLI.
Newest isn't always the best with video drivers sometimes. Worth a shot anyway.
If I get a chance to try the 295.73's I'll post back with results.

I've ran the 295.51 and the version prior too it.
Your also running a 460. Not a 470. Still the same family, but still not the same.
