Hey so i bought Mass Effect 2 about 1 week ago and as soon as i got it i installed it, so i signed into my EA account to join Cerebus Network, i entered the code i got with ym brand new game and it said i entered it correctly, so when i log in on the game to Cerebus Network i can access the news feed and thats about it, when i click on the 'new content available' button it takes me to the DLC website, i am signed up on BioWare with exactly the same email so that isnt the problem, the problem is that i dont get any free DLC like i beleive i was meant to receive? i tried to enter the code on the BioWare website under my account (the account linked to my Mass Effect 2 game) and it says it ahs already been redeemed, i redeemed it obviousely but nothing happened? just news feeds, is this some kindm of bug? I really want the free DLC, or do i have to pay, if it is a problem with the code could i get a new one? if so what proof woudl i need to send?

I'm wondering the same thing. I can't play my old save file since I don't have the Zaeed and Normandy Crash DLC, but I also can't get them because Cerberus isn't working.

EA's system for handling DLC is just horrible.
