Not worth it all on bronze I'd say, unless you're desperately pinned and its a serious emergency. Silver only on wave 10 for objectives/when pinned. Extraction can easily be done with out. Gold...yeah, you'll need them. Use them smartly try and take out two Atlases with one shot.
Why doesn't anyone use their missle launcher?

Sucks, I've gotten people who didn't know more then one person on objectives is a waste. At least they go for them, I rarely have people ignore objectives entirely.
