I've recently got a new computer and I wanna transfer my save profile from my older computer to my new computer, is there any way I can do this??
Do I need a USB or a hard drive for that too?

The file is saved under MyDocuments\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2\\Save
Each folder in the "Save" folder refer to each character. Just copy the folders of the characters you want to transfer over on to the same location on the new computer.

Better idea is to install the games on the new computer start them once, exit then copy the entire Bioware folder from the MyDocuments location using either a flashdrive or harvest the HD out of the old computer and put it as slave in the new one.
