Funny, I thought entitlement was ruining civil discourse.
They made a product, and they are selling it. You have zero right to direct their IP, you have every right to not buy it. Speak with your dollars, demanding change to suit you will only make you hoarse.
DLC is ruining games...

For better or worse, this is one of those ideas that could go either away- people so disgusted that they refuse to touch the dlc/ME3-people who realize it's an exploit and don't care- and people who realize it's an exploit but lack the willpower to say no, because it's a Prothean. It's the nature of the beast.
I think it may just catalyse the anti DLC movement. It's certainly going to hit the gaming press at some point.
