When multiplayer was announced, I was mildly amused. I thought it might be cool to play with my brother, if he picked the game up, too, for a round or two.

After getting my hands on it, however... I keep having to remind myself that there is more to the game than just the multiplayer. It's just that good, no matter what gripes we have.

Yes. My mind was almost blown last weekend when I first played and snapped out of it, realizing that 5 hours had just FLOWN BY!

In the Demo yes. In the finished game, I highly doubt it :D

Yeah, my brother and I decided to give it a shot at midnight or so. By the time either of us checked the clock, it was 6:00am. We were in awed, and simply agreed that if time can got hat quickly, this has got to be a great game.

I'm surprised to say this, but I'm looking forward to playing MP over SP. Hopefully when I "force" myself to play SP I'll be drawn in by the story and put MP aside for the time being. But right now, MP rocks!!!

I'll be finishing the SP before returning to MP, or doing some MP when I haven't got time to play SP properly. Hopefully I can just raise a bunch of characters to level 20, then cash them in when I've nearly finished SP for a nice boost to my GoW score.

EDIT: spelling.

I'm not even touching demo SP. I want to play the SP missions first time with one of my "real" Shepards.

Kinda, but no. If anything playing the multi-player so much has raised my anticipation level to kick some ass with Shepard and crew.

Demo yes. Full game no. I plan on almost completing the Campaign before touching MP in the full game. Getting my Galactic readiness up before going on that final mission.

No way.

MP is almost a separate game in my eyes.

The SP demo is really screwed up anyway. Because of all the weapons you have, some classes get really annoying to play. I mean. 25 seconds recharge on your cloak, or 15 seconds incinerate, what gives.

I'm in the same boat. When I heard about Mass Effect multiplayer, I was highly skeptical and now I'm thoroughly addicted.

I haven't even touched the single player demo, as I'd rather wait for the full game. I've already decided to just crack out on multiplayer for at least the first week.

Single player is still THE reason for ME3. I won't even be touching the MP until I complete at least one of my Shepards' fights against the Reapers.

That said, ME3's MP will be cutting majorly into my Gears and SFxT time, something I hardly expected. I even temporarily cancelled my TOR account due to this MP. I know for a fact I won't be playing it in the first month ME3 and SFxT are out, so why pay for it?

I am quite excited about it, gives me a way to keep playing Mass Effect when I'm bored of the story or the running around looking for that last side quest, etc. Never thought it would be so addicting...

I have not even tried the SP part of the Demo, to be honest.  This is really the most fun I;ve had with an MP game in a long, long time.

Interesting... I know I've definitely spent more time on MP than on single player demo....quite a bit more time come to think of it. You can play thru story mode (the 2 parts) so many times. I know I started just using the avatar editor to come up with a better FemShep "look"...and then boom - MP shows up and that's all I've played.

Yes, in some ways. MP is great, especially playing board members.

Have I played significantly more MP than SP? Yes.

Have I forgotten about SP? No. I've played through it once, and haven't touched it since because to play through it more than once will ruin the beginning when I actually get the game.

Though it does raise a question: Why the hell am I so obsessed with getting a Krogan Soldier that won't even transfer to the real game?
