My initial thoughts were of the Batarians, but they are a unique race that could possibly contribute to the interstellar community. After further contemplation on the matter, I settled on the vorcha. They have virtually no culture and seem to be unable to advance themselves or contribute positively to the galactic community.
*After all, the Batarians are mostly butt-hurt only because humanity bull rushed to galactic community and drove the Batarians back, even if only accidentally
If one sentient race had to go extinct during the war with the Reapers, which would it be?

But... they are harmless
I saw sentient and I assumed they meant the ones that talk. I changed it to Vorcha...but I said gas bags because they only appeared in ME and they just floated around Eden Prime looking bloated.

Batarians. I'm sorry, but the only thing this species has ever been good at is failing.
I nominate Balak to be the first Batarian that gets husked.

Not easy one to answer, each race seems to have an issue which is of concern. From the blatent disregard to humans coming from Turians, Quarians for what they did to Geth when became self-aware, Geth for trying to kill me constantly, Salarians for the tactic they used on the Krogan and I don't trust that they would not be willing to do the same to us in future, Krogan for how bloodthirsty they are, Asari due to the superiority complex and also humans for same reason as Asari. Vorcha because those teeth are just too sharp for my liking, Batarians because keep trying to wipe us out, Volus because I get the impression they would sell us out for thirty pieces of silver. Drell and Hanar, I do not like religion and feel breeds fanatics far to easy on all sides so I am not the favorable towards Hanar, Drell themselves seem to be too eager to become assassins for my liking.
All these small and big things means I would not choose very easily.
In the end if one has to die, I would rather not choose one and let it be based on my ability to protect them all. Let fate handle it and I will just do what I can to save them. If the choice is forced it will depend on context of choice based on huge amount of factors from time involved to save and most likely to be saved out of the choices, how much jeopardy puts others at risk and come at it as though if had the time which would I deem best to head to first with most chance of success.

Batarians are the most one-dimensional race, I don't really think anyone (in-universe or the players) would really miss them.

Should? Dunno. Will? The batarians aren't looking good, and the drell population is pretty small already.

Disgusting Goblin-ish Vorcha and the ugly babarian uncivilized Batarians. Everytime I ran into them, they're testing my temper for my full paragon femshep. They stir up more trouble/chaos in the galaxy anyway, absolutely don't see any benefit with the existence of either species.

Turians. The Turian Council member needs to die and I can not shoot him in the face.
Then humans. Because I hate Udina and can not shoot him in the face either.

Volus. Annoying little self absorbed money grabbing critters. And they remind me of a keg of beer, but instead of glorious beer you get a speech about money, or thieving Quarians, or more money :|

To answer the question...come on it's gotta be the Hanar there just big stupid Jelly fish....actually I like the Hanar but everytime I talk to a Volus on the game I walk away a little more pissed off then before I turned the game on there just something really annoying about them. and Idk if you consider the Keepers but they seem to be nothing but trouble and something about them creeps me out

Batarians. They already got hit by the Reapers and their isolation ensured that no one was paying attention when they were hit and they had no one to help them. They're already huskified large scale.
